Honey Whole Wheat Sandwich Sourdough (Saturday pickup)

This artisanal whole wheat sourdough is baked in a classic sandwich loaf shape, with a touch of honey to gently boost fermentation and enhance flavor. It’s made from a mix of organic bread flour and our own freshly stone-milled organic whole grain flour.

Ingredients:  organic fresh stone milled whole wheat flour, organic bread flour, organic sourdough levain (water, organic rye and wheat flour), honey, filtered water, sea salt.
