Slowly fermented sourdough brioche filled with Zante currants — tiny, intensely flavored raisins with a sweet, slightly tangy taste. Zante currants are an ancient variety, among the oldest known raisins.
Perfect on its own, with butter, or as a decadent French toast the morning after Thanksgiving.
