Cranberry Pecan Sourdough (Saturday Market Pickup)

This sourdough loaf combines organic roasted pecans and dried cranberries. It's delicious on its own but pairs exceptionally well with soft cheeses or butter.

Ingredients:  Organic bread flour, organic fresh stone milled whole wheat flour, organic sourdough levain (water, organic wheat and rye flour), dried cranberry, roasted pecans, filtered water, sea salt.
