Whole Einkorn Boule (Wednesday market pickup)

Our Einkorn Miche is a rustic sourdough loaf crafted from a blend of whole grain fresh stone milled Einkorn and Rye flours (freshly stone milled in-house), and organic bread flour.

Einkorn wheat is one of the earliest domesticated and cultivated grains, remaining unmodified since its origin. It boasts higher protein content, greater nutrient density, better digestibility, and lower gluten levels compared to modern wheat.

Ingredients:  organic fresh stone milled wholegrain einkorn, organic bread flour, organic sourdough levain (water, organic rye and wheat flour), filtered water, sea salt.
