Einkorn Milk Bread (Wednesday Pickup)

Slow-fermented sourdough milk bread made with a blend of our stone-milled einkorn flour and organic wheat bread flour.

Einkorn is one of the oldest cultivated wheats, unchanged for thousands of years. Prized for its rich, nutty flavor and naturally simpler gluten structure, which many people find gentler to digest. Compared to many modern wheat varieties, einkorn contains higher levels of protein and a more concentrated array of naturally occurring vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.

Ingredients:  organic bread flour, fresh stone milled organic einkorn flour, organic rye sourdough levain, milk, butter, sea salt.
