Einkorn Sourdough Loaf (saturday pickup)

Einkorn is a nutrient-rich ancient grain, higher in protein, minerals, and antioxidants than modern wheat. Its simpler genetics makes it is easier to digest due to its lower gluten content. We stone-mill it fresh and use it in our sandwich-shaped loaves, which are both delicious and nutritious.
Topped with organic sprouted rolled oats. 

Ingredients:  organic fresh stone milled whole einkorn flour, organic bread flour, organic sourdough levain (water, organic rye and wheat flour), organic oats. filtered water, sea salt.
