Holiday Brioche (Thanksgiving)

Slowly fermented sourdough brioche, filled with dark chocolate, candied orange, and dried cranberries.
Perfect on its own, with butter, or as a decadent French toast the morning after Thanksgiving.

Ingredients:  organic bread flour, fresh stone milled organic soft spring wheat flour, organic rye sourdough levain, organic eggs, organic milk, grass fed butter, dark chocolate, dried cranberries, candied orange zest, vanilla, organic unrefined sugar, sea salt.
