Long-fermented whole grain rye sourdough, made with freshly milled rye and heritage wheat flour, subtly spiced with toasted coriander and fennel seeds.  Rich, tangy, dark, and packed with nutrition.

Ingredients:  Organic fresh stone milled whole grain rye and wheat flour, organic bread flour, organic rye sourdough levain, toasted coriander seeds, fennel seeds, barley malt, filtered water, sea salt.
