Seeded country Sourdough (saturday market pickup)

Our Country Sourdough is generously topped with a mix of seeds that add crunch and flavor, including pumpkin, sesame, black sesame, and sunflower seeds. This long-fermentation sourdough loaf is crafted from a blend of organic whole wheat flour (freshly stone milled in-house) and organic bread flour.

Ingredients:  organic bread flour, organic fresh stone milled whole wheat flour, organic wheat bran, organic sourdough levain (water, organic rye and wheat flour), filtered water, sea salt. Pumpkin, sesame, black sesame, and sunflower seeds.
