Dark Chocolate Babka (Christmas pickup)

Our chocolate babka starts with a slowly fermented sourdough brioche, filled with a rich, indulgent dark chocolate ganache.

You can freeze the babka for up to a month. To refresh, thaw the loaf at room temperature while still wrapped (about 30 minutes), then unwrap completely, place on a baking sheet, and warm in a 300°F oven for around 15 minutes.

Ingredients:  organic bread flour, organic sourdough levain (water, organic rye and wheat flour), organic eggs, organic milk, organic heavy cream, grass fed butter, dark chocolate, cocoa powder, vanilla, organic unrefined sugar, sea salt.
