Slow-fermented sourdough brioche, filled with organic Nocciolata hazelnut-chocolate spread and extra shredded dark chocolate for deep, complex flavor.
You can freeze the babka for up to a month. To refresh, thaw the loaf at room temperature while still wrapped (about 30 minutes), then unwrap completely, place on a baking sheet, and warm in a 300°F oven for around 15 minutes.
Ingredients: organic bread flour, organic freshly milled einkorn flour, organic sourdough levain (water, organic rye and wheat flour), eggs, milk, butter, dark chocolate, hazelnut/chocolate spread, vanilla, orange zest, unrefined sugar, sea salt.
