Our naturally leavened sourdough focaccia, made with organic roasted garlic and fragrant Lebanese za’atar.

Ingredients:  organic bread flour, organic Italian tipo 00 flour, organic sourdough levain, filtered water, organic extra virgin olive oil, organic honey, za'atar, organic garlic, sea salt.
