Sourdough Sandwich - topped with seeds (saturday pickup)

Our artisanal sourdough in a sandwich loaf shape. Topped with a trio of sesame, poppy, and sunflower seeds. The dough is crafted from a blend of organic whole wheat flour (freshly stone milled in-house) and organic bread flour.

Ingredients:  organic bread flour, organic fresh stone milled whole wheat flour, organic wheat bran, organic sourdough levain (water, organic rye and wheat flour), sesame, poppy, and sunflower seeds, filtered water, sea salt.

Allergy warning: contains wheat, sesame, made in a facility that also processes nuts.
