Toasted Sesame Sourdough (Wednesday pickup)

Our Sesame Sourdough is a long-fermentation sourdough loaf crafted from a blend of organic whole wheat flour (freshly stone milled in-house) and organic bread flour, mixed with toasted sesame seeds.

Ingredients:  organic bread flour, organic fresh stone milled whole wheat flour, sesame, organic rye sourdough levain (water, organic rye and wheat flour), filtered water, sea salt.

Allergy warning: contains wheat, sesame, made in a facility that also processes nuts.
