Long-fermented whole grain rye and wheat sourdough, made with freshly milled rye and heritage wheat flour, subtly spiced with toasted coriander and caraway seeds. Rich, tangy, dark, and packed with nutrition.

Ingredients:  Organic fresh stone milled whole grain rye and wheat flour, organic bread flour, organic sourdough levain (water, organic wheat and rye flour), toasted coriander and caraway seeds, steel rolled rye flakes, filtered water, sea salt.
