Whole Wheat Sandwich Sourdough (Saturday market pickup)

Our artisanal whole wheat sourdough in a sandwich loaf shape. The dough is crafted from a blend of organic whole grain flour (freshly stone milled in-house) and organic bread flour.

Ingredients:  organic fresh stone milled whole wheat flour, organic bread flour, organic sourdough levain (water, organic rye and wheat flour), filtered water, sea salt.
